Shipping Costs

For orders from Urban Drinks packing and shipping costs are charged as listed below:
 

  •   to the United Kingdom: £ 7.90 for all quantities up to 31 kg (app. 15 bottles).

     
  • UPS NEXT DAY DELIVERY to the United Kingdom: up to 3 kg (1 bottle): £ 35.90, up to 6 kg (2-3 bottles): £ 41.90, up to 10 kg (4-5 bottles): £ 65.90, up to 18 kg (6-9 bottles): £ 89.90, up to 25 kg (10-12 bottles): £ 109.90, up to 30 kg (13-15 bottles): £ 131.90. Orders received before 4 p.m. (Monday-Friday) are processed that day for delivery the following weekday.
     
    Shipping costs depend on the weight of your order. The maximum weight of one parcel is 31 kg. Orders weighing more than 31 kg are shipped in multiple parcels, with shipping costs rising correspondingly. The product Red Army Kalaschnikow Vodka and all bottles with sizes larger than 3 litres are shipped with separate parcels.

  • to Greece, Ireland,  Portugal, Spain: up to 31 kg (1 - 15 bottles): £ 20.90
      
  • to Cyprus,  Malta,   San Marino: up to 2 kg (1 bottle): £ 16.90, up to 6 kg (2 - 3 bottles): £ 18.90, up to 10 kg (4 - 5 bottles): £ 20.90, up to 15 Kg (6 - 7 bottles): £ 23.90, up to 20 Kg (8 - 10 bottles): £ 26.90, up to 25 kg (11 - 12 bottles): £ 29.90, up to 31 kg (13 - 15 bottles): £ 33.90
     
  • to Switzerland: up to 2 Kg (1 bottle): £ 21.90, up to 6 Kg (2 - 3 bottles): £ 27.90, up to 10 Kg (4 - 5 bottles): £ 33.90, up to 15 Kg (6 - 7 bottles): £ 40.90, up to 20 Kg (8 - 10 bottles): £ 48.90, up to 25 Kg (11 - 12 bottles): £ 55.90, up to 31 Kg (13 - 15 bottles): 65.90
    Deliveries to Switzerland are free of VAT (19%, included in the product price). However, Swiss customs will collect import dues and Swiss VAT (7.6%), and the recipient will have to pay for it.

    For orders from Switzerland the maximum order value is £ 850 (excluding shipping costs). If you want to order more than that, please, split your order into multiple orders. Unfortunately, the high costs for shipments to Switzerland caused by the high levels of bureaucracy force us to this step. We apologise for the inconvenience.

    Deliveries to this non-EU Member States are free of VAT (19%, included in the product price). However, the country's customs may collect import dues, the recipient will have to pay for.

    Deliveries to these countries are free of VAT (19%, included in the product price). However, customs may collect import dues and VAT, and the recipient will have to pay for it. Shipping time is app. 11 weekdays.

To guarantee safe delivery we work with the logistics partners UPS and DHL.

Usually, after receipt of payment, delivery will take 3 to 5 weekdays. For fast delivery, we recommend credit card and paypal payment.

Also, we are offering express delivery. Express deliveries arrive the next workday. If you want to choose this service, please, contact us by phone: 020 7193 0300.

Please note that, for organizational reasons, Urban Drinks may change logistics partners without informing you. Unfortunately, we are not always able to guarantee a delivery by UPS, if chosen by the customer. However, customers will only have to pay the costs of their chosen delivery option.
