This traditional gin in the London Dry style comes from the beautiful rolling hills of the Cotswolds in South England. Made from a blend of botanicals including lavender, bay leaf, grapefruit, lime, black pepper, and cardamom in addition to the typical juniper, coriander, and angelica root, the gin is crisp and well-balanced.
The botanicals are macerated into a pure wheat spirit and are left for 12 hours to produce a full and complex flavour. A Holstein pot still is used for distillation, and the spirit's secret ingredient is the naturally refined Cotswolds water which is added to it. You can enjoy this gin neat and over ice, or mix it into a delicious gin & tonic or martini.
