Origin
The unique bottle design comes from the creative heads of THANKYOU. The studio has offices in San Francisco, Reykjavik and Copenhagen, making them neighbours of Copenhagen Distillery.
Copenhagen Distillery Oak Gin is based on the brand's own gins, which are made from double-distilled honey mead. This already provides an excellent basis for four-month barrel ageing, during which the warm wood notes can spread. Small Pedro Ximénez sherry barrels are used.
