Earl Grey Forest Gin comes from the family-run distillery not far from Macclesfield Forest in the north of England. The significant link to the nearby forest is also reflected in the production of this unique gin, where seasonal forest ingredients meet delicious Earl Grey Tea.

Production

Already the Forest Gin Original could defy its proud price. No wonder, the English gin is always unique, from head to toe. No bottle and no batch are alike. The copies of the porcelain bottles are all printed by hand in the screen printing process and fired in the oven. The selection of botanicals is based on what the forest has to offer. Besides organic juniper and organic coriander as well as Earl Grey, Oolong, cornflowers and bergamot, the ingredients therefore remain secret.

Taste

After the elaborate production Earl Grey Forest Gin is combined with an aromatic Earl Grey blend. Fine nuances of Oolong, cornflowers and bergamot are added. The latter give the gin a tangy twist, so it is a good idea to serve Earl Grey Forest Gin in a gin & tonic with a lemon zest.

Bottle

As already mentioned, the porcelain bottle is a real piece of art. Manufactured by Wade Ceramics, a special and unique bottle awaits you. Like its predecessor, it comes with a papercut design created especially for Forest Gin by Suzy Taylor.
