The brand Fever Tree resides in London and was founded in 2005 by Charles Rolls, a former leading member of Plymouth Gin, and Tim Warrilow. Dissatisfied with the quality of current tonic waters, the duo hit on the idea of creating luxurious mixers as well as tonic waters with nothing but natural ingredients. A plan that soon came to fruition. By now, Fever Tree's products are an integral part of the inventory of bars all around the world.
For the creation of this Tonic Water, Fever Tree uses real quinine, which the brand extracts from fever trees at the border between Congo and Rwanda. The elderflowers that serve as the beverage's foundation are harvested in the town of Gloucestershire, which is located in the southwest of England. In order to give the tonic water its silky texture, Fever Tree utilises fresh spring water from Staffordshire.
