No gin is quite like Niemand Dry Gin, that is for sure. The most fascinating thing about gin is that it can still surprise you after so many years with even more different variations.
When the two manufacturers, Sebastian Otto and Torben Paradiek, released Niemand Dry Gin in the autumn of 2015, there had already been many German premium gins with that certain something. The spirit, which is produced in a small distillery in Hanover, is another unique specimen that already managed to join the others effortlessly. Not only is it dainty in looks but also multi-layered in taste. The three main botanicals lavender, rosemary, and sandalwood build an exciting foundation which is further ornamented through ginger, cinnamon, apple, pine nuts, coriander, vanilla, and of course juniper berries.
Otto and Paradiek recommend relishing their Niemand Dry Gin in a Gin & Tonic garnished extravagantly with an apple slice and a rosemary branch.
