Grégoire Chaix, who owns the Bar du Port in Saint-Tropez, is not only a great business man, but also knows how to delight the public with prestigious wine creations. One of them is Sand Tropez, which utilises a total of three different kinds of grapes: Cinsault, Grenache and a little bit of Syrah to top off the experience. The grapes are harvested at night in order to protect their aromas, which in return makes the noble Sand Tropez even more of a joy.
