Hip-hop fans and spirits enthusiasts alike can feel right at home with Ciroc Vodka. Ciroc is a unique ultra-premium vodka, produced not from wheat, rye, or corn, but from grapes. This imbues the vodka with a bright and fruity flavour profile unmatched among other vodkas. Where other experimental brands have occasionally been known to inadvertently abandon the virtues of a true vodka in their quests for originality, Ciroc's grape base manages rather to expand and anchor the refreshing undertone. Ciroc is therefore a solid recommendation for both vodka rookies and steeled vodka veterans, and it stands strong in comparison with any competitor. In 2013 no less than 2.2 million cases of Ciroc Vodka were sold, making Ciroc the second best-selling ultra-premium vodka in the world.

Diddy & Ciroc Vodka

The Ciroc team know well enough what they're doing when it comes to marketing their vodka. In the shape of Sean "Diddy" Combs, Ciroc Vodka has a flag bearer who'll be only too familiar to hip-hop fans. Since 2007 Diddy has been putting in work for Ciroc, launching their sales volumes into orbit and keeping them there. Since then, Ciroc Vodka's range has grown to include a selection of unique limited and flavoured editions, many of which are available to purchase in the online shop at Urban Drinks. For anyone who still hasn't tasted Ciroc Vodka, we can only heartily recommend that you catch up. The fruity undercurrents of this unique and delightful vodka will more than repay the experiment.

The making of Ciroc Vodka

For the production of its vodka, Ciroc uses mostly grapes of the world famous Ugni-Blanc variety from the Cognac region. This precious fruit, normally only used to create cognacs and wines, lends Ciroc Vodka its unmistakably fresh and fruity base. Alongside editions like Ciroc Red Berry or Ciroc Peach, which emphasise the fruity elements in the vodka's profile, the firm has released other flavours like coconut or amaretto that bring the vodka's creamy and rich characteristics to the fore. In order to ensure everything stays as clear, as pure, and as smooth as possible, Ciroc Vodka is distilled no less than 5 times.

On top of their tekkers in production and promotion, the Ciroc Vodka producers evidently have a few ideas when it comes to design. The Ciroc bottle, transparent apart from the brilliant fade on the base, has become an unmistakable icon in the world of vodka. Find out for yourself what all the hype is about!
