Smoky Goat is a wonderfully aromatic blended Scotch from Islay, which is named after the wild goats that live on the island. This whisky is produced as a collective experiment by whisky makers who are embracing the freedom to break with traditional whisky conventions and to try out new methods and flavours.
Chief distiller of the Smoky Goat house is Craig Wallace, who has worked in whisky production for over 17 years. His goal in the creation of Smoky Goat was to prepare the smokiest yet mildest whisky ever. The result is a Scotch which is intensely smoky yet wonderfully sweet.
