White Tropez is a wonderfully fresh rosé wine from the wine growing region Côtes de Provence. The rosé is made of 10% Cinsault, 80% Grenache, 5% Syrah and 5% Rolle. The grapes are handpicked and then pressed in a special procedure: the mash is resting in a freezer to be later processed under icy temperatures in order to preserve the full aroma of the wines.
The complex production is reflected in the rosé's taste. In the nose, a fruity scent of apricots and exotic fruits meets the taste buds. On the palate, the rosé presents its velvety texture with notes of juicy peaches and fresh passion fruit; the finish is long and complex.
