The gin is distilled from potatoes in the German Eifel region. Through the maturation process inside the barrels, it comes with a pale golden colour as well as warm notes from vanilla and caramel, which you would normally be familiar with in rum or whisky. Paired with citrus and juniper aromas, your palate is blessed with a harmonic balance gliding down your throat.
